Abstract
Statement to the Treasurer of the state of Delaware with the number of passengers carried by train within the state during the month of September, in pursuance with the provisions of the legislature. Also included is a letter from company treasurer Alfred Horner protesting the way the company is being taxed, calling it unconstitutional.
