Abstract
Two documents which authorized William Palmer to preach in the Methodist Episcopal Church. In the first document, Palmer was authorized by the Quarterly Meeting of the Chester Circuit, held at Mount Hope on March 7, 1812, and was signed by J. Potts and James Riddle.
