Richard H. Rush (1825-1893) was the ninth child of Richard Rush and Catherine Murray Rush. This folder contains a page of calculations related to a curve in the Germantown Railroad between 20th and 21st streets. The leaf is numbered thirteen and dated September 3, 1856.
