Scope and Contents

When the collection was received from Miss Elizabeth E. Wilson, many items were already organized and sorted into categories. This sub-series preserves evidence and material from this personal organization method. "Empty Envelopes," "Valentines," and "Cards & Invitations" were bundled into three separate groups, labeled, and tied with string. A fourth label, for "Important Family Letters," was loose. These family collections contain ephemera from almost one hundred years of residence in Newark, Delaware.
