The Patricia Dycio Pete du Pont political ephemera collection focuses primarily on Delaware congressman and governor Pete du Pont, including campaign buttons, t-shirts, a newspaper clipping, an inaugural program from Governor du Pont's 1981 inauguration, and campaign literature. Additional material in the collection relates to American politics in the late 1970s, including commemorative inaugural invitations for the 1977 and 1981 presidential inaugurations and Reagan/Bush campaign buttons.

Patricia Buchanan Dycio (1935-2018)

Patricia Buchanan Dycio (1935-2018) worked for Diamond State Telephone before marrying her husband of 57 years, Stephen J. Dycio, a building superintendent for Ehret Construction and founder of Blue Hen Construction. In addition to being a wife and mother, Dycio was active in the community, volunteering for the Lewes Historical Society, Lions Club, and Wilmington Flower Market. Dycio died on May 1, 2018, at age 83 in Lewes, Delaware.
