Abstract
Robert Brennan was born in Wexford, Ireland, in 1881 and his daughter, Maeve Brennan, was born in Dublin, Ireland, on January 6, 1917. The Brennan papers consist of manuscripts and papers of the author and diplomat, Robert Brennan, and the author, Maeve Brennan, including drafts of Robert Brennen's autobiography, Allegiance, and the manuscript of one of his best-known works, The Man Who Walked Like a Dancer. Also included are galley proofs for work Maeve Brennan did while a staff member at the New Yorker.
