The papers of Delaware artist Charles Allmond (1931-2019) document over three decades (1981-2013) of his prolific career. The collection comprises 3 linear feet and oversize removals that include drawings, designs, slides, sculptures, as well as files of correspondence and documentation for exhibitions in which his work was included.

The David T. Bazelon papers, spanning the dates 1935-1996, includes manuscripts, correspondence, books, clippings, and photographs documenting the work of the social critic and member of the post-war "New York Intellectuals," David T. Bazelon.

The papers of centenarian, World War I veteran, and retired wall covering entrepreneur Frederic Blank, spanning close to 150 years, illustrate the varied life of a twentieth-century businessman and provide important sample books of iconic mid-twentieth-century American wall coverings.

Consists of the John Malcolm Brinnin collection related to Mitchell Wolfson, Jr., which includes letters written by Brinnin to the publishers, a letter from the publisher declining the article, and a photocopy of the manuscript.

The Susan Brynteson collection of Thomas R. Carper ephemera includes campaign correspondence and mailings from all three of Tom Carper's campagin committees, Carper for Congress, Carper for Delaware, and Carper for Senate, as well as the group Women for Carper. This collection also includes two items related to Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Susan Brynteson served as Vice Provost for Libraries and May Morris University Librarian at the University of Delaware from 1980-2015.

The collection consists of reports, articles, and other papers related to desegregation which were collected as resource files by Abigail Covelli. Delaware started a desegregation project in the public school system in the mid 1970s, and the bulk of the collection relates to this project.

This collection of pamphlets on Israel, Jewish theology, and the Jewish experience in the twentieth century was compiled by Rabbi Herbert E. Drooz, leader of the Congregation Beth Emeth of Wilmington, Delaware, from 1947 to 1982.

The Everett C. & Louise Stanton Johnson papers concern the personal affairs of prominent Delaware publisher and politician Everett C. Johnson (1877-1926) and his wife Louise Staton Johnson (1882-1977). In addition, the collection contains material from their Newark publishing house, the Press of Kells, which brought the Arts and Crafts Movement to the community from 1916 to 1918.

The Horacio D. Lewis papers consist of Dr. Lewis’ letters, articles, and publications related to his personal and civic involvement and recognition of activities associated with the civil rights of the Latino and African-American communities in Delaware and the desegregation of Delaware’s public schools.

The Elva de Pue Matthews Papers consist of two linear feet of correspondence, drafts of novels written by Matthews, poetry and essays by Matthews or others, clippings, and notes. The collection spans the dates 1917-1962, with the bulk of the collection dating between 1917 and 1949.

The Michael Millgate-C.P. Snow collection spans the dates 1958-1964 and includes 42 items of correspondence, typescripts, periodicals, and news clippings related to British literary scholar Millgate’s 1962 interview with British writer, scientist, and public official C. P. (Charles Percy) Snow. Snow’s letters to Millgate are related to the latter’s work on Snow and other literary matters.

The Harry Moore papers, spanning the dates between 1919 and 1982, comprises one linear foot of correspondence, clippings, essays, and ephemera relating to the academic work of American literary scholar and educator Harry Thorton Moore; the collection documents some of Moore's work on English novelist D.H. Lawrence as well as his literary and personal associations with several authors and poets including Kay Boyle, Caresse Crosby, Anais Nin, and Richard Rees.

The David M. Nelson papers document the military, athletic, coaching, and administrative careers of twentieth century American football rules authority and former University of Delaware coach and administrator, David Moir Nelson.

The Robert E. Spiller collection consists of twenty-six letters, reviews, articles, or printed items related to or collected by the professor and scholar of American literary history.

The Madeleine B. Stern papers related to Joseph de Nancrède span the dates 1972-1977 and comprise one linear foot of photocopied letters, original documents, and working notes from rare book dealer and writer Stern for an article on the Franco-American bookseller-publisher Joseph de Nancrède (1761-1841).

The Irvin Stock papers, spanning the dates 1882 to 2004, comprise 4.3 linear feet of manuscripts, books, letters, newspaper and magazine articles, advertisements, and teaching materials documenting the life and work of the American literary scholar Irvin Stock.

The Frank W. Tober collection on literary forgery comprises letters, books, pamphlets, journals and journal articles, newspaper clippings, auction and exhibition catalogs, and other ephemera related to literary forgery. While Tober collected specimens of a variety of manuscript and printed forgeries, he was most interested in the literary forgeries of Thomas J. Wise and H. Buxton Forman.

The Barry Wallenstein - James T. Farrell collection comprises 0.6 linear feet of articles, manuscripts, photographs, correspondence, and notes pertaining to Wallenstein's research on American novelist James T. Farrell and spans the dates between 1929 and 1975.

The Harry F. Williams Papers concern the works, awards, and personal notes of the prominent professor of Romance Languages, Harry F. Williams (1911–1998).
