Abstract
Thomas Becker Malone, Jr. (1919-1980) was an American serviceman in the U.S. Army, Office of the Post Quartermaster, Headquarters Command, in the European theater of World War II. This collection comprises letters and V-mail exchanged by Malone and his family and friends in Delaware from 1942 to 1946. During this time, Malone trained at Camp Croft in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and served abroad in London, England, and Paris, France. The collection also contains Selective Service letters...

Abstract
Emily C. Stump, an executive secretary at Hercules Powder Company, compiled for the company briefing notebooks of newspaper clippings which tracked military progress of Allied and Axis powers throughout World War II. She also collected transcripts of daily radio news broadcasts from stations WOR and WDEL. The World War II maps and radio broadcasts collection includes maps, newspaper clippings, radio broadcasts and militray manuals, documenting war operations in World War II.
