Letters or cards addressed by poet Abbie Huston Evans to Pulitzer Prize winner Odell Shepard. Additionally, the collection has three poems written by Evans and a letter to Shepard from Jean Schiesser.

The Edward Field papers consist of twenty-one linear feet of the personal and literary papers which document the life and writing career of American writer and poet Edward Field (b. 1924) from 1943–1994.

The Edward Field letters to Ilse-Margret Vogel comprise seventeen items roughly spanning the dates between 1992 and 2000, documenting the literary friendship between American poet, novelist, and editor Field and German author and illustrator Vogel. Material includes correspondence with a variety of enclosures, including manuscripts, clippings, notes, and advertisements.

This one-page typescript of Hildegarde Flanner's poem, "An Elegy For Honor," is signed by the author.

Delaware educator and attorney Robert C. Fraim collected the poetry and articles he wrote for Philadelphia and Wilmington newspapers in this volume. The papers also include a history of the Fraim family, estate inventory, and other clippings.

The Gloria Frym publicity materials and typescripts comprise seven poetry typescripts by award-winning American poet, lecturer, and writer Gloria Frym (1947-), as well as publicity material relating to her receipt of the San Francisco State University Poetry Center's 1982 Book Award for Back to Forth. These items were originally laid into American poet Tom Clark's (1941-) copy of Back to Forth, which was inscribed to him by Frym.

British poet Bernard Gutteridge has handwritten the note: "the poem I promised you," above the title of this signed typescript of "The Ladies of St Leonards."

The Charles and Dorothy Hartshorne collection of Jeremy Ingalls papers spans the dates 1960-1986, and consists of letters, poetry, offprints from Studia Mystica, an essay, a verse-play, and four songs; all together this small collection establishes the long friendship between the Hartshornes and American poet Jeremy Ingalls.

These three letters, written by Philadelphia poet Lucy R. Jackson to American illustrator Elizabeth Shippen Green Elliott, along with two of her poems, were originally laid in a copy of Jackson's book, Verses, which she inscribed to Elizabeth and Huger Elliott.

This mid-nineteenth-century American commonplace book was created by Eleanor Peale Jacobs (1805-1877) of Philadelphia and New York, with contributions from various friends and members of the artistic Peale family, who copied extracts of poetry and prose throughout. The volume also contains calligraphic writing and several ink and watercolor illustrations.

The Elizabeth Jennings papers document the work of British poet Elizabeth Jennings (1926-2001). Associated with The Movement, Jennings was a prolific writer. The collection contains letters, notebooks, miscellaneous prose, and juvenilia.

This collection comprises material related to the American actor and playwright Robert B. Kegerreis's 1909 dramatic adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's short story "The Tell-Tale Heart" and his involvement in the New York theater scene of the early twentieth century.
