Scope and Contents Roger E. Nathan participated in the Delaware Boundary Commission's re-establishment of Delaware's boundary monuments throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Nathan visited all of the 179 monuments that mark Delaware's boundaries and provided photographs and written reports to the Delaware Boundary Commission. Nathan died in 2005.
