Scope and Contents Dr. Paul M. Hodgson worked as an Associate Professor of Agricultural Education at the University of Delaware from 1947-1959. He served as Delaware Assistant State Superintendent for Instructional Services in 1968, and then as Special Assistant to the Superintendent of Public Instruction until his retirement in 1972.
