Scope and Contents Cornelius Alfred Tilghman, Sr. (1902-1998), University of Delaware Class of 1925, was a journalist and editor. He was the former editor of The Review (the University of Delaware’s student paper) and worked in the newsrooms of four Wilmington papers and the Newark Post.
