Carpenter Paper Company cabinet and paper samples
Incorporated in 1890, the Carpenter Paper Company was the first paper warehouse in Omaha, Nebraska. The Carpenter Paper Company cabinet and paper samples consist of approximately ninety booklets and sample books of envelopes, writing paper, and cardboard dating between 1900 and the 1920s, and the coabinet which housed these materials.
Merci Train collection
Three manuscripts and a letter written by A. Carriere of Millau, Aveyron, France, provided to the University of Delaware as part of the Merci (or Gratitude) Train gift, a cross-country effort by the French people to thank American citizens for their generosity after World War II.

Beverly Axelrod was a San Francisco-based lawyer heavily involved in civil rights and social justice movements and organizations in the 1950s and 1960s, both as an attorney and as an activist. Her papers consist of correspondence, legal files, organization documentation, activist literature, and other material relating to her life and career. A large portion of the collection documents Axelrod's relationship with writer and activist Eldridge Cleaver.

Winthrop Topliff Doolittle, Sr., button collection
Dr. Winthrop Topliff Doolittle, Sr. (1895-1967), was a Milford, Connecticut, dentist and an avid collector of stamps, coins, campaign buttons and related ephemera. His collection contains approximately 200 political campaign buttons, tobacco and advertising pin-back buttons, pins and medals, the bulk of which date between 1892 and 1920.

World War II maps and radio broadcasts collection
Emily C. Stump, an executive secretary at Hercules Powder Company, compiled for the company briefing notebooks of newspaper clippings which tracked military progress of Allied and Axis powers throughout World War II. She also collected transcripts of daily radio news broadcasts from stations WOR and WDEL. The World War II maps and radio broadcasts collection includes maps, newspaper clippings, radio broadcasts and militray manuals, documenting war operations in World War II.
Thurman Adams, Jr., papers
Democratic Senator Thurman Adams, Jr., (1928-2009) was the longest-serving senator in the history of the Delaware General Assembly. Adams was also the president of T.G. Adams & Sons, Inc., an agricultural feed and grain business in Bridgeville, Delaware. The Thurman Adams, Jr., papers chronicle the personal and professional life of the longest-serving senator (a Democrat from the 19th District) in the history of the Delaware General Assembly.
University of Delaware Museums exhibition catalogs and ephemera
These catalogs and ephemera document exhibitions and associated events held by the University of Delaware Museums. Also included are newsletters, calendars, and catalogs of the permanent collection. Diplomatic and professional papers of George S. Messersmith (1883-1960). Consists of correspondence, memoranda, and official dispatches written during Messersmith's tenure with the U.S. Department of State, as well as during his subsequent business career. The extensive typescript of an unpublished memoir is also present. The papers include extensive discussions of political and economic matters regarding Europe during the 1930s and Latin America in the 1940s and 1950s.

Donald Robert Lettis, “Intaglio Method of Printmaking” manual
Donald Robert (Bob) Lettis (1925-2014) was an American artist and educator who taught printmaking and art education at Massachusetts College of Art in Boston from 1966 to 1987. "Intaglio Method of Printmaking" is a portfolio handcrafted by Lettis of his manuscript instructions for creating engravings, etchings, and drypoint prints. The manual contains descriptions of seven intaglio processes and incorporates the author's own printing plates and prints as examples.
